== 辭源 ==
「執政總領導」和「梅蘭邦聯執政委員會」一詞的產生是[[華江斯坦君憲國]]和[[臺朗共和國]]妥協後的產物，原先的計畫是「統轄理事長」和「統轄委員會」。雖然[[亞特蘭自由市]]的獨立與《蘭曦共和國憲法》是由[[華江斯坦君憲國]]處理，但草案公布後協助設計國旗的[[臺朗共和國總統]][[邱昱舜]]認為理事長並不適合，經過協商後[[華江斯坦首席執政官|華江斯坦總理]][[李文甄]]選擇退讓，接受[[臺朗共和國]]的建議改以「執政總領導」為新國家元首。2022年05月21日，[[蘭曦共和國]]獨立，原[[亞特蘭自由市]]市長[[游吹雪]]出任首任蘭曦執政總領導。
