== 法定職權 ==
最高憲政官是[[華江斯坦君憲國]]的司法機關首長，其掌理民事、刑事、行政訴訟之審判及公務員之懲戒，並有統一解釋法律及命令的權力。由於其超然中立的特性，他也是主持[[華江斯坦君憲國|華江斯坦]]各項選舉、[[促進國家轉型正義計畫|國家轉型正義計畫]]的角色。
