石梁趙民主共和國總統是石梁趙民主共和國象徵性的國家元首，也是武裝部隊的最高統帥。設立於2024年9月24日，雖然總統擁有不少權利，但是所有的行動也要獲得總理的批准才能實行。所以並沒有具備實權。總括來說，總統就是一個有名無實的虛位元首。任期由議會決定。

罷免

總統在任期間如有違反憲法，可被彈劾罷免。

彈劾程序一般由議會提出，首先在會內提出對總統的指控事項，該等指控事項會載入一份通告，如果議員的支持票數過半，該通告就會被送交總統。14日後，彈劾案就會被考慮。

彈劾總統的議案需要取得發起該議案的議會內全體議員過半數的支持，方可在該議會通過。期間總統可通過獲授權的律師為自己辯護。在大法院審理過後，議會需要再做一次投票，若果支持票數過半，總統即被成功彈劾，在議決之日出缺。除彈劾以外，總統的違憲行為不受其它方式處罰。

接替

當總統職位因去世、辭職或罷免等原因而出缺，根據石梁趙民主共和國憲法規定通常會由除總統及總理之外最高職位官員，代理行使總統職位。直至選出新總統。
